This spot is legit if you're looking for fresh, authentic Chinese noodles--not Japanese-style ramen. I had the beef stew hand-pulled noodle soup, and my wife got the oxtail version. The noodles were super fresh, doughy, eggy--really good quality and clearly made in-house. The broth was rich but still light and really easy to enjoy. The oxtails were delicious, but there wasn't a ton of meat, so heads up if you're hungry. Portion sizes overall were generous though, and pricing was fair--not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality. One cool thing is the open kitchen--you can actually see the chefs hand-pulling the noodles right there, which adds to the whole experience. Service was good too. It was busy, so we had to wave someone down, but the staff was respectful, friendly, and clearly working hard. They weren't ignoring anyone--just a little stretched. Definitely planning to come back. If you're craving solid hand-pulled noodles, this place delivers.

My friend and I came here the other day and didn't have to wait to be seated but it was pretty crowded. We started off with the pork soup dumplings which were bigger than expected. They were really good but the soup spilled out of it easily. I liked adding chili oil to them. I ordered A1 beef hand pulled noodle soup and it was good. The broth lacked flavor but I added chili oil since I like spicy food. My friend got B5 beef stir fried hand pulled noodles. Both were huge portions we had lots of leftovers. It was cool to see them making the hand pulled noodles towards the back of the restaurant. Service could have been better but good experience overall.

This place has been on my list for a while out on Buford Highway in GA. It's a Michelin star guide recommended restaurant so I had high expectations but also excited for them to be on the list! We had a group of 5 so we ordered several things to share. Our server was a very nice and patient man. I had 2 teenagers with me so that's why I said patient lol! Soup dumplings- I've had many in my travel but these exceeded my expectations. When the dumpling wrapper ratio to dumpling is perfect, you just know it's perfect. The skin wasn't too thick or doughy, the soup inside- OMG I needed a bowl of it. And the pork was perfectly seasoned. 5/5 Beef fried rice- simple but delicious. Not overly wet and not dry, good flavor and pieces of beef were tender. 5/5 Scallion pancake- it was what you would expect, was pretty standard and the sauce that went with it made it taste better. 4/5 My friend ordered a beef big noodle soup. It was thick almost like udon. The broth was really nice, but for me the noodle to broth ratio was a bit off. Too many noodles and not enough broth. The noodles are so thick it started to almost soak up the liquid faster. 4/5 Now this is what I came for bc I saw this on YouTube as something highly recommended. Big chicken plate with knife cut noodles. This dish says it can share up to 4 people but honestly it could be 6 or more. It was massive! My honest opinion of this dish is that it didn't have the flavor profile that I expected or hoped for. There was way too much cumin used, which I felt was unusual for a Chinese place. A little sure bc I do like cumin but that was just the reoccurring flavor and overpowering. There many good elements to the dish, the chicken was tender (although A LOT of bones) I think maybe they used literally half of a chicken in this dish and chopped it up into small pieces. So sometimes you would bite into small shard of bones so that was not pleasant for me. It had lots of peppers and onions and what I did enjoy the most were the "knife cut" noodles. You could tell they were homemade and they had a nice chewy texture. I still give this place a solid 4/5 bc everything else was really good, but the chicken dish could just come down to preference as well. I will be back to try more dumplings and noodle dishes!

I enjoyed my experience. I actually only really came for ramen, and I saw a bunch of other things that I want to try. That's not ramen. The ramen I got was pretty good. But they have a really vast menu that you need to dig into. It's going to take more than one trip. When you get there, there's free parking. It's in a shopping center so you don't have to worry about paying. It's off you for the highest but there's a lot of other things around there as well so just keep that in mind. You walk in in the shop. Actually has a lot of space in places to sit. It's pretty big on the inside. You come there and get in and you see the bar area and that's where I saw the person who greeted me. Pretty friendly overall. It feels like the cook came out and took our order instead of the weight staff which was interesting. But it doesn't matter who takes the order as long as it comes out LOL. Pork rib Hand pulled - So this was just pork rib ramen. And I probably would have enjoyed it more if I had known it. It was actually legit bones of ribs. It wasn't like it was broken up or chopped up, like you ate the rib that was sitting in the soup. Maybe I didn't read the instructions or the directions but that's not what I anticipated when I thought of rib ramen LOL. But now I know! If you get this, you'll have to go ahead and grab the rib and ether of the bone. Shanghai garlic vegetable - The vegetables were okay. It was pretty much what it seemed like to be predominantly onion and bok choy though. They had a little garlic sauce, but it wasn't really super garlicy at all. I got it so I can get something green, but this did not really do anything for me. Of course I ate it, I put the remaining bok choy in my soup for more vegetables. Green beans - I don't know what they put in these green beans but it felt like it was a little bit of unicorn tears. These green beans were 15 out of 10! They were perfectly seasoned. Had a lot of spice and a lot of flavor. I would go just for a full plate of the green beans and I would call it a day. Those joints were fire! So overall this was a pretty good experience, I would go back but I probably wouldn't get the same thing I got before. I probably would get something else. Like it look like they had really good fried rice from walking past the tables when I was leaving. This has a lot of potential, so I would be willing to go ahead and try a couple other things!

My friend had been raving about this spot for a while so a small group of us finally made a trip over! As a table of 5 adults with one stroller, we did have to wait about 20 minutes to get seated while a multitude of other parties get their tables before us. But as soon as we placed our orders, the food started flowing onto the table shortly after. The dishes we got included A4. Beef Tendon Hand Pulled Noodles Soup and A5. Ox Tail Hand Pulled Noodles Soup, 38. Steamed Soup Dumplings (6), 41. Shranghai Pan Fried Pork Bun (5), 45. Lamb W. Cumin Seed Chinese Hamburger (1), and 40. Fried Pot Sticker Dumplings (8). We all really liked the texture of the beef tendon but were surprised the broth was exactly the same for both soups. To experiment on the noodles, we got their knife cut, thin, and thick noodles. Definitely veer away from thick, try the thin, and you MUST get the knife cut since those resembled most hand pulled noodles that I think of. All the dumplings were good especially with the crispy layer that connected them as one big piece. Lamb burger was salty and slightly spicy. The xiao long bao could have been juicier but still tasty nonetheless. Overall, we had a great time. The service was quick, quality was good, and prices were very fair. For all that food to feed 5 adults, it came out to just over $100 including tip. That's a steal I'm willing to come back for again and again!

Was super busy probably because it's getting popular. I would recommend to put in your whole order instead of splitting it up into appetizers and ramen in case you're an introvert and don't want to try to flag down a server, but I'm an extrovert so the pace was a lot better waiting. Knife pulled noodles were way better to me than hand pulled but only because I like thick noodles. The pork dumplings and pan fried pork bun dumplings were very similar. The pan fried were better. I would not get both. The noodles didn't give me "Michelin award rated noodles" but still good.

Was looking to warm ourselves up when the temps were in the 30's. Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. Wasn't too busy when we went on a Saturday at 5, however this was when there was snow on the ground. We ordered the hand pulled beef noodle soup, Chinese style Spicy chicken, Soup Dumplings and Cumin Burger. My least favorite was what they were known for, their beed noodles. I thought the noodles were good, but wasn't a fan of the broth or meat. The soup dumplings were big and juicy. The spicy chicken is the best value on the menu. It a whole plate pile of chicken. We could have just ordered this and been just fine and been full. For 14 bucks it's a great value. The flavor really wasn't spicy and didn't have much flavor overall. The cumin lamb burger was my favorite, it has one strong cumin taste, but I love that. The service was quick and they even boxes our food for us. I thought they should have had more beverage products then just cole branded canned offering. That's fine if they don't serve alcohol, but at least have some better options. Though the ambience was okay, probably somewhere to go with friends or just a casual night out. Not really a date nite spot. Bottom line, likely wouldn't come back. It was just okay, but it is something worth trying.

Ok if you are not ordering knife cut noodles you are missing out!! They are SO good, perfectly chewy and thick. Flavor for the dry noodles were great. Fave dish was the oil seared chicken knife cut noodles. Ok if you are not ordering knife cut noodles you are missing out!! They are SO good, perfectly chewy and thick. Flavor for the dry noodles were great. Fave dish was the oil seared chicken knife cut noodles. Nice kick with the spice. Also got the stir fried knife cut noodles that had a variety of proteins in it and this was also good. Beef noodle soup broth was great but we ordered thick hand pulled noodles which were a bit too al dente for us. Maybe the thin hand pulled noodles are better. Potstickers were great - crispy and juicy! Regardless would definitely still return, service is decent and fast enough!

Went for lunch, I could have been more observant. But the things that caught my eye were impressive. Parking - plenty. It's in a shopping plaza. Just be aware as folks may not be paying attention. Entrance/flow/decor. Easy, sensical could have better lighting during the day. Or maybe it's me. Early in fall, and I'm still wanting brightness everywhere I go. Food came out quick. I was eager to taste the noodles. First of all, the portion is huge and I love the mushrooms. Second, quick to table. Third, not super salty and the noodles were quite tasty. Con - wish they had a lunch menu. Paying dinner for lunch was an ouchie...to my lunch budget.
